Elk River Floats - Wayside does not have cabins. They do have 30 amp electrical and water hook ups for rvs but no sewer at each site. If you have a portable waste tank, this site does have a spot to dump. The Kozy Kamp location in Pineville, Missouri does have cabins along with electric and water sites for rvs.
They do and there are several different resorts, cabins, and or rv sites. We recently traveled to River Ranch Resort and they had everything including a store for anything you've forgotten at home. Have fun!
