Yes but they have to be with you at all times for certain ages
Yes kids are allowed. It is a great place for kids and adults to have fun together. We have celebrated a lot of birthdays there. It is our favorite place to go for family get togethers.

Oh yes. My two boys have a blast there. We have been to 2 D&B. Both were fun. The one in Milpitas (Great Mall) was bigger.
Yes they are. They actually do kids birthday parties there.
