Personell were a little short and curt. Host was less than warm and friendly. Server seemed rushed and rolled her eyes when flagged down for refills. She seemed overwhelmed. Staffing is a real problem these days. This is a management & training problem and won't be resolved until customers complain and business falls off. Place was cleaner than the last time. Food was pretty good, flavorful and hot. Appetizer came out after the meal was served but not that a big of deal. Food came out correct and they split the burger into separate baskets which was nice. Like a lot of restaurants, this Red Robin has had it's up & downs recently. I would say with a little follow up by the trainers this place is on it's way back to pre pandemic. Two old school concerns worth mentioning; 1. Servers grabbing drink glasses from the rim instead of mid-glass. Not very sanitary nor becoming to the patron who has to put their mouth on the rim to drink. The same hand that was holding a dirty dish towel moments before. 2. Food delivered with the baskets stacked on top of the food. Bottoms of the baskets, like trays are not sanitary and should NEVER be directly in contact with the food. If stacking is necessary? Paper separators would be an option. Enjoy & stay Safe

Came in for the $10 offer which was very much appreciated. Being older couple on budget we were glad to have such an offer available. To top it off our server was very nice and attentive. He made it an enjoyable visit. Will come back!

Spent $41 on a curbside pickup order. Called the number and then waited 10 minutes before calling again because they forgot to bring out our order the first time. Also, paid for extra fries with one of our burgers. We did not get extra fries at all. Felt super ripped off. Other than that, food was good but don't recommend getting food to go. Frustrating experience. Update June 2022- customer service reached out to remedy the situation which was greatly appreciated. Tried curbside pickup again which was a slightly better experience this time. They are still stingy with the portions of the fries but food and service was still good.
