Basically yes. You can just walk through (it's short!) free... But you can't enjoy anything there for free. Arcade games that cost to play & restaurant/bar.
No, theres no cost for entry. But it costs to eat or play games. Best bet is to come in on a Wednesday for DOUBLE game tokens. Or Thursday for the 29.99 wing and gaming combo. Supercharge your card for tokens on Wednesday to get the best deal. Then go on a day you really want to go. Like a weekend or birthday or something special.

My daughters use the Fry's fuel points, so when the fuel rewards are 4x or 5xs I'll buy a DandB gift card. They get discount gas and I get money for food and games.
