Is the dog park closed in or fenced?

I've been there camping numerous times minimum 4 days at a time. Never saw a dog really try to swim across the lake. It's a pretty big lake, and too many fun things to do in the park. I have two dogs I camp with.

Fenced in on land, but theoretically the dogs could swim across the lake and escape. Unlikely though
