Dogs are not permitted on the beach from 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. from May 1 through September 30. At all other times the dog must be on a leash. That's from the county Park website.
Dogs are allowed but must hav leash but many areas not controlled and you ca let you dog run and play in surf. Best before 9am

No, unfortunately dogs aren't allowed. IOP allows dogs leashed and Edisto beach...i believe Kiawah beachwalker park also does.
