There is a pavilion you can reserve. Campers and RV is a no go.
It's an awesome county park with a the great Pavilion that is brand new and an old one that you can rent out. The new one has a snack bar, shower stations, changing area, and bathrooms right on the beach essentially. If you're looking for camping, try James Island County Park. It's down the road on Riverland Terrace, off of Folly Rd and a quick drive from there to Folly Beach.
Didn't see no campers or RVs..Don't think they had enough room for a tent.
