Yes handicap will pay to park just like everyone else
I cant speak to "why" since i dont work for the county parks but since we're local we just always get the park pass and it oay for itsslf since we visit most of the parks often throughout the year.
$10.00 parking fee.
NoNew York doesn't charge for handicapped or senior's in some state parks.
We were there 6 /24 /2019 With a handicap placard and was not charged parking. They even allowed my mother in law use of a beach wheelchair free of charge. Wonderful experience all around.
Go to IOP, they never charge for handicap parking as long as you have your decal or handicap licence plate
No, you’re all mistaken. We have a handicapped placard and were at this park on 6/30. We were told Charleston parks do not charge for handicapped parking.

This morning 10/8/19 I was told by a person working with the parking patrol? That there is no charge for handicap with a placard or plate. Also, Veterans are not charged. That is all public parking in Folly Beach!! I Don't know if this includes James Island county parks??
