Hi Julia! Teenagers are totally welcome in all of our classes. For your first time, just be prepared to sweat, breathe, and have fun. Don't worry about getting everything perfect on your first day, just pace yourself and take some time to get acclimated. I usually recommend that you get through at least 3 classes before you decide how you feel, since you will experience lot of change in just the first few sessions. :)

Definitely open to teenagers!! The only goal of the first class is to stay in the house room.

It's very hot in there so recommended you hydrate well the day before into the day of the class. For your first time just remember to breathe and sit or lie down if it feels like too much. I believe it is open to teenagers, but you should call the studio to confirm.
