If you are looking for a great wellness studio that has a includes a little bit of everything (yoga, core fire conditioning, sauna, massage, etc.) this is it! The staff are always warm and welcoming and make the studio a safe place for all!

I took the hips/back class last night with Kathleen. This was my first time taking this class. And I am so happy I did! This morning my back does not hurt! Kathleen was wonderful! She is patient and always offered modifications. I will definitely take this new class again!

As I'm approaching my 2 yr Anniversary at this studio, I cannot believe how long it has taken me to write a review! This studio, with all of its wonderful teachers and students, has changed my life. Plan and simple. It's like a second home to me, and I'm always finding ways to work it into my crazy schedule with a toddler. Since the addition of yin and inferno hot Pilates being a regular on the class rotation- it makes it that much easier. It's hard to explain how the heat and the meditation changes you in the 26 postures,b it just does. Everyone should try it at least once! Even if you hated it (like I did the first time 6 years ago) you have to go back and give it a second chance. I did and never turned back! I had been in 2 car accidents where I was rear-ended back in 2011. However after countless chiropractor visits that did help, my consistent hot yoga practice is what truly healed my back in the end. I am pain free to this day. Please go check out Rhode Island Hot Yoga, the community and awesome positive environment is worth it every time! Thank you Juliana!

This “boutique” studio is situated in a neat, refurbished mill in Providence. You are warmly welcomed upon arrival in this peaceful place. Bathrooms, showers, and changing rooms as well as common area are neatly appointed. The studio reflects the antiquity of the mil with white painted brick and strings of little lights. The environment is serene and student centered. Verbal instruction and explanation of the function of the pose was appreciated. As a beginner, I watch the more proficient students to process the information. The instructors are willing to give helpful hints to individuals for best results. You will leave feeling mentally and physically empowered!

I dream it but at this moment all the classes are in English.
Hi Julia! Teenagers are totally welcome in all of our classes. For your first time, just be prepared to sweat, breathe, and have fun. Don't worry about getting everything perfect on your first day, just pace yourself and take some time to get acclimated. I usually recommend that you get through at least 3 classes before you decide how you feel, since you will experience lot of change in just the first few sessions. :)
