It's 6:02 am and the office is supposed to open at 5:30 am. I am forced to come here in order to get paid. i have not been notified about supposedly needing to sign a new W-4 on February 15th. They are very unprofessional and things need to get handled immediately.

Today makes the 4th time I have not been paid on time. Everytime I contact the branch to inquire about my pay, I am met with disrespectful staff that cuts people off without letting them finish what they are trying to say. Instead, I was met with "we have up to 24 hours to pay you." As I look at my clock, it is past 24 hours and still nothing. I want my money, and I want it now.

everyone who had a hard time is trash been doing this on and off and the moneys consistent. sometimes you wait a day or two but its worth it as long as you work hard and continuously.
