Can you park overnight anywhere near the beach? (Parking lots, stores, etc?) It doesn't necessarily have to be ON the beach, just NEAR it.

There is a state campground in Pacific Beach and one going to Ocean Shores.

There are several parking spaces and camping is permitted on the beach. There are also hotel that have space, ask and they may accommodate you.
