How much does it cost to rent ATVs at Palmer Gulch or Horseback riding?

Does anyone know how much for 30 days at koa off season?
Are you able to pick what campsite you want if you call for reservations? Are any sites a little "roomier"?
We will be coming out in August. I see a lot of questions but some aren't answer. At this KOA, what is included in your stay and what is not that you have to pay and rent? Example waterslide, bike etc. Much appreciated so I know ahead of time.
Is there fishing in the pond for kids?
