We will be coming out in August. I see a lot of questions but some aren't answer. At this KOA, what is included in your stay and what is not that you have to pay and rent? Example waterslide, bike etc. Much appreciated so I know ahead of time.

You do have to pay for the horseback riding. You do have to pay a rental fee for golf carts and ATV'S as well as bikes. Although we did not check on the price for horseback riding the other rental were very reasonably priced in my opinion. All others activists were included.

Water slides and both pools are included along with the "fun zone". Bikes and things of that nature will charge you a fee. It's about $10 for 30 min per unit. There is also a pond you can fish from or horse back riding. (there is a fee for the horse back riding) They have other activities as well and some are free and sometimes there is a charge. When we where there they had a movie night (free) tie die tee shirts ($10 a shirt) and all you can eat pancakes for $3.50 a person. But then they also charge about $3 for a mini OJ and things of that nature.

I Know you have to pay to rent the side-by-side but I think the other stuff is included, didn't look at the horse back riding
