Not sure how new it is but it's clean, modern, great price and Free Happy Hour (3 drink limit) plus the breakfast is awesome. Highly recommend.

Dont know exactly how long the drury inn has been there but the rooms are clean. And you cannot beat the extras.breakfast and dinner.
