Where is the parking lot?

I just payed A local to park in thrre house for 8 dollars compared to the 10 in the fairgrounds

There's two parking lots, one is north behind the fairgrounds and the other is south in front of it. Theres plenty of businesses that have paid parking as well that you can access.

The parking lots are to the North and South of the fairgrounds.
