If you call to reserve they will honor the Boston Children’s rate of $20. They also have an amazing free shuttle to the hospital. The driver Billy is the best. We were there last week and they let us leave our car in the lot for free all day while we were at the hospital.
I do not know about patient rates, but as a guest at the hotel there is a parking garage under the hotel (ramp is to the left if looking at the front entrance). Parking is accessible with a room key and charged as an incidental, around $35 per day)
When I was there for my daughter to go to Children's there was not a discount, and parking was $35/night. We flew in and used uber with no issues. Excellent motel. Clean, friendly, and lived the full kitchen.
They have a certain number of reduced rate rooms but we were NOT able to get one

There is parking. There is a ramp at the end of the building that goes down below the building. I believe they offer discounted rates for patients and families at the local hospitals.
Yes there is parking at the hotel. There is a ramp on the left side facing the hotel from the street. Unfortunately it's not free.
