This particular Homewood, was very comfortable, easy to navigate throughout my stay. The room was well appointed, and clean. I like my travels stays with minimal interaction with the hotel staff. This has always been my travel M.O. even prior to COVID, so the HIlton app, is a godsend, getting in and out of the hotel requires minimal to no hotel staff interaction, I get my bill timely and the room accommodations are as close to home as I can possibly hope for. The Bed is super comfortable, and the bathroom, and accompaniments plenty. The kitchen is basically home away from home. They could improve on the in room coffee machines though. This is the only area to me, that cheapens the experience. Great in room coffee matters. The machines and coffee are the only area in vast need of improvement. All else was fantastic.

The staff is so friendly. The shuttle driver Billy and Terry are some of the nicest guys you'll ever meet! So thankful for these guys during difficult medical trips to Boston children's!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very accommodating to the needs of the guest. Obviously if you want and expect the Ritz Carlton and a personal concierge at your beck and call then this is not the place for you. Otherwise you can expect a nice and clean and quiet and peaceful and respectful and helpful place to rest and stay.

Newly constructed and clean with an air filter in room. However, don't expect any appreciation for being a loyal Hilton Honors member. Front desk doesn't know what friendly greeting is. Needs refresher course on being in the hospitality industry. Breakfast food is subpar.
