They have lots of books and accessories like various kinds of jewelry, scarves, fun socks, and notebooks. They also have a used book section in their basement with a big selection. It’s a nice little store

Great bookstore for a gift for a friend, book related or not! Good selection of travel books and nonfiction. They also had a good sale table on newer fiction releases. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. I definitely enjoy a trip to this bookstore!

Amazing selection of books and Knick knacks. This is a go-to place to shop for birthday gifts. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Somehow I never fail to leave this place empty handed. A true staple in the community, I love this place!

I love all the staff reviews! I love how well each section covers and explores its focus! There are lots of diverse books and overall a really amazing community vibes that is great for friends and family to come together and be surrounded by books!

They do buy used books! Buying Hours are Wednesday through Saturday 10am 4pm, and there's no appointment needed. You will need a Photo ID, however.
I am not an employee of Brookline Booksmith but they do buy used books. They have specific guidelines about this so I would suggest checking those out before showing up with a bunch
It was a holiday pop-up, so no.... BUT they do still sell some of the packaged food/ cheese board items they carried!
Standard for massachusetts. One way aisles, mandatory masks and social distancing.
I don't think so. There is a good puzzle shop couple of blocks away
They have over 25,000 used books of every genre. They do buy books but they're selective. None of the ones I've tried to sell them have been accepted.
There is meter parking as well as a lot around the corner from the store!
There are some chairs dispersed between the shelves and a table and chairs in the children's section at the back of the store.
Yes they have a good selection of travel guides (local and international), as well as maps and some travel accessories.
I'm guessing they would but I'm not sure. Definitely call and ask. It's my second favorite bookstore in the Boston area. There's also a comic book store nearby across the street just before the indoor Arcade that might buy used comic books in excellent condition.
Yes
