A long time apparently. And even if they do....they don't really want to help anyway.
We were greeted and helped as soon as we arrived.

OK, I had a better experience when I checked in at about 7pm, mid-week in August 2017. A middle aged foreign man checked us in, he was pleasant and kept it quick and professional. Our room was first floor, exterior windows and quiet. I would go back based upon my one and only experience.
It's gonna be a min..... I called front desk one night at about 12:30am it rang non-stop for over 30min. (About 7 min in my wife started a timer) the people next door were checking in, and slammed their door non-stop for 45+ min. When My wife politely knocked to ask them to try & be more conscious of others this late. Namely My 7 yr old. 1st. Response was, It was their children that kept slamming it, what could they do about it. 2nd. Thing that was said. They decided to Then challenge My wife & I both to a Fight!! My check-in at night was very quick, it was a very nice & sweet young woman. The guy that worked nights, would always look really angry, when I would go out late at night to smoke. I took the steps one night, saw that he lays his head down on counter & sleeps. The elevator dinging apparently was pissing him off. He ended up being pretty rude by the time we checked out.
