I stayed here one night recently after Jet Blue cancelled my flight. The staff I experienced were nice. Also, the desk person apparently also does shuttle runs to the airport. Room was at the threshold between OK and not OK. No basics like a clock radio, coffee pot or a note pad. Room had water damage on the ceiling in 2 spots. Desk chair was completely broken. WiFi and TV worked good. It is near the airport so there is some aircraft noise. If you are marooned overnight at MCI this could be an OK place for 1 night. Price was about commensurate with the experience. This is NOT in the class of Wyndham hotels I have stayed at elsewhere.

This hotel was clean, but very comfortable. The bed did not sleep well. It was not very balanced. I felt like the foot of the bed was higher the head of the bed. And the sides of the bed caused me to have a back ache. My wife and I stay 3 nights. After the first night the elevator was out order. This was very uncomfortable for my wife because she had trouble going up and down the stairs. Because has nerve damage in her legs. I will not recommend this hotel to any friends or family members.

Room was clean, staff was polite. The lady in the morning was cheerful and punctual. Only thing I found odd was everything electrical in the room was unplugged. So we had to move furniture to watch tv, plug in the phone etc. Otherwise it was fine for an overnight stay to catch a 6am flight

I was so happy when I arrived because without having been there my experience on affordable hotels was not so great. And on outside appearance it resembled the rest I've been to that were not so great. But when I walked in to the most clean and great smelling hotel I've ever been to I was pleased. The rooms were clean the staff was so helpful and they gave me everything I needed with no hesitation. I would recommend this place always. And when I go back to Kansas City to visit my daughter in college I know just where I'm staying.

When I go to a hotel the more I pay for a room I'm going to be staying in a room long periods. The price was affordable to me I was out and about with my kids for 75% of the day returning after 6p to 7p and took advantage of the indoor pool they had before calling it a night. I was not concerned or worried bout poor services. I thought the staff were accommodating friendly and let you be at peace with whatever it,is you wanted to do.
