Yes. There was a dog next door to us when we stayed. We would not stay there again. It didn't seem clean.
Yes, They say there is an additional fee even though its no where to be found on the website or when you make online reservations. We did not pay it.
Yes. There were many when we visited. Be warned however, if you have any problems whatsoever the front desk staff are unprofessional amd useless.
