Hotel is in serious need of renovation and the paint was ripped off the doors which gives it a dirty look. But everyone was so friendly and the customer service was great

Our stay for our anniversary was underwhelming. We were disappointed that we couldn't use the pool or hot tub, news we found out when checking in (though the front desk explained unapologetically that this bit of news was on the website). Unfortunately for us, we used a 3rd party and didn't know about this. Paint is peeling from the exterior doors. The walls are paper thin. Breakfast was below par (scrambled egg patties?). Our bed was not neatly made and the pillows looked as if they had been thrown casually on the bed. The shower leaks down the back wall. This experience greatly (and negatively) differed to the one we had at another location less than 1 month ago.

The staff was terrific. Helpful and cheerful. The place needs work. The door needed a paint job, the lighting was impossible to see in, the mattress was a nightmare. All was clean, but the place did not live up to prior visits to other Hampton Inn.

Rooms were clean, but room was old and showed it. Pricey place and the pool was down. Won't going back anytime soon.
