Just waited 22 mins for food and not that it was busy the online order of about 6 subs took precedent over all of us who ordered in store. Once I received my food items were missing and then get home to lukewarm food at best and I live in town. Customer service means nothing here and last and final stop here.

The reason I am rating it 1 star is because I go here every morning ( for about 2 months now ) and there is a very sweet young girl that multitasks and is very friendly and I have witnessed her being scolded 2 different times by 2 different people now, in front of a line of people ! I think she does a fantastic job and it’s pathetic the way other workers talk to her! I would not have put this out publicly, but when I called to speak to a manager of course no one answered! With the labor shortage maybe you should treat your employees that come to work everyday a little better or you will be even more short handed! Anyways, the young girl with the cute southern accent, you do a great job and it does not go unnoticed! Keep it up!!!

Horrible experience. The lady at the register lied to me about a coupon for Juul pods which would've saved $13 and then almost refused to add more caramel to my coffee when I asked if there was even any in it. She got very confrontational and acted like I was lying about not having any caramel. Would not recommend. Edit: The younger lady at the beverage station was very kind and helped me with the problem despite the register lady being extremely rude throughout the exchange. She even waited to let me taste the drink and see if it was better.
