DIsappointed about my oil change. My 2010 Honda Element with 97K has run on synthetic oil since it was new. Never have run conventional oil in this vehicle. Until now. Despite telling the appointment scheduler that I wanted synthetic oil, I did not get that. Now I have to have another oil change somewhere else before the conventional oil starts causing top end oil burning. So, my oil change will cost me double. Not what a fixed income senior needs at this point in time. No other complaints, nice folks who simply don't listen. Sadder still, I tried Pep Boys after being blown off by a competitor who doesn't honor their appointments. EDIT FOR AN UPDATE: I was contacted by both the corporate aocial media department and the local store staff. They axknowledged the miscommunication and apologized for the results. They rescheduled my service and explained the cause to me in person. They were on time (they were before too) performed the oil change quickly and seemed genuinely apologetic. I commend their action to resolve the situation and I will definitely be a customer of theirs going forward. So, I have changed my rating from two to five stars. It's never the mistake but the actions afterward that tells the tale. Thanks folks.
