First time trying the Inn for dinner, my 62nd birthday. We called ahead for a table for 4 and two kids with high chairs. We arrived and nothing was set up and we had to grab our own high chairs. it took awhile before our server came over. it took awhile to get water and then drinks even longer. The two appetizers arrived quick and were good. Things fell apart after it took an hour to get our meals and the kids had finished theirs. My order was wrong and it should have been obvious since my meal didn't come with a baked tater but the meal they gave me did and yes you guessed it, my plate had two baked taters on it. the drinks were very watery and not very good for 8 bucks. the service was slow and our meals looked and tasted like they sat under the warming lamps too long. lastly they tried to bill me for the order. We will not be back.

I don't understand what factor(s) elevate this thoroughly mundane motel to the '3-star hotel' it bills itself. Among other things, a 3-star hotel presumably pays its staff sufficiently that they do not have to beg for tips in an envelope. This is a thing I typically do not mind and always leave cash when I can, but as a hotel you cannot BOTH beg for service tips AND be snooty.

Ordered Brisket melt as well as a steak. Steak was well done and over cooked. My meal was missing the bacon. Overall lousy experience and disappointed because it was supposed to be a Mother’s Day meal and my mother was without her meal

If you are traveling solo the restaurant is not the place. Carryout orders are more important than you are. Prices are outrageous. The room is cramped and dungeon like. Climate control does not work

How much is the voucher discount and do you need to book in advance
Hello Colleen, we're very sorry but we do not allow pets at our property.
this is not the end, this is just people who've been there. You're probably going to want to call the inn directly to get the information you need.
Yes there is, but it is offered through a Geisinger voucher. Just inquire at the hospital information desk.
They do. I have stayed there multiple times and I'm in a wheelchair.
