My husband and I are coming in tomorrow. We come to fish on your pier every year for the last 6 years. We just want to know about the red tide. What is the current conditions? Is it safe yet?

FWC shows medium level for PCB as of 9/19.

I just left there monday and the red tide is definitely there everyone might not admit to it but it is there

It's here, & fwc is saying it's in the "medium" category. Therefore it's not slightly here, but it's also not extremely bad. However, it is here, it's killing fish. (I'm a local)

We were there last week and the red tide hadn't moved that far north yet. However, we noticed a drastic reduction in number of fish we normally see each year and the fishermen said they weren't catching as many as normal.
