My family and I came to visit from GA for a few days and the experience was great. The room was clean, front desk was very friendly. The breakfast was good... the pool area was clean. This hotel is near everything. The beach walmart gas stations and restaurants. Our overall experience was AMAZING. We had a great time

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We booked through an online travel agency. The lady at the front said she did not have my booking. I gave her my name and confirmation number. She stated she had no booking and that they were sold out. I contacted the travel agency. They said the hotel stated they had my booking, but that it was under another name. However, I gave them a confirmation number so they should have been able to find it anyway. They also stated someone conveniently cancelled 5 minutes ago so now they weren’t sold out. THEY ARE JUST TRYING TO GET OUT OF A REFUND!!! We already had somewhere else booked and they would not give us a refund because they were trying to blame me. Stay away from this hotel at all costs. They will try and take your money and say you have done something wrong. Liars and crooks. They do not even have nice staff. Terrible. I wish I could leave 0 stars.

While the country inn was nicely updated. When we got to our room it was in poor condition they ended up moving us because there was a leak and the room was still dirty. It was so hard to get in touch with the office, we were there for four days and never got our room cleaned. We called the office multiple times to ensure we could get new towels and sheets but no one ever answered .Then I proceeded to head to the office to ask for cleaning to be done and they asked of me to bring down towels and sheets .If I’m paying for cleaning services. I don’t believe I should be getting my own towels or making my own bed .The staff wasn’t very helpful tho they weren’t rude but they had minimal lack of care. Personally the customer service was not up to par for my liking .

I hate I had to give such a poor review but I was very disappointed in my stay. I will give that we do get complimentary breakfast and the rooms have been renovated. But no one came to clean our rooms for the four days we were staying here.We had to call for new towels and the concierge requested that we bring the old ones, I did feel that was strange most hotels don’t require that. I just feel the stay could have been more pleasant experience. It just seems they are very short staff. If I was to come back this would be my last resort!
