Miss Trish, any time earlier then noon.. Be adviced large and small dogs are together. Since the hurricane the number of dogs in the parks has more then doubled. Many people lost the fences and dogs can not go in the backyard anymore. We have many out of stare workers here who help to build up the city again and they bring their dogs. Having said that, most of those dogs are not socialized, because they were in the backyard. Be careful and observe your dog and the other once at all times
