The entrance fee for the water park IN the county park is an additional fee for each person about $12/person, less for under 4' and seniors under 2 y.o. free. Tons of fun tho!
Anyone can get in, because I had my niece who was visiting from Jamaica with us and no issues getting in with her. You just have to pay a small entrance fee
You do not have to be a resident.
It is a public park, there is just a fee to get in.... I don't remember for sure but I think it's $10
