Absolute chaos at the pharmacy. A pharmacist was so overwhelmed and stressed she was yelling at customers and belittling us. Not sure what’s happened at this location…maybe new management?

Had to go through the pharmacy drive-through… came twice in one day because the line was ridiculous… patiently waited while Quinton took a ridiculous amount of time… possibly because he’s not qualified or trained for the job… his customer service was horrible he was unapologetic for the inconvenience and unwilling to get cough syrup for my two sick children that tested positive with Covid-19!!! told us to come in the store instead because I could not hold the line that only formed because of his lack of experience! Would rather risk all of his customers and coworkers then to reach behind the counter for some cough syrup!!!

I went here today to return an amazon order. This is the first time I have had to use Fedex to do so. Normally it is through UPS and I am familiar with their set of rules. I walked in and the customer service was AWFUL. Natoya stared and me and then said, "you need to walk in the line like a normal person" shaking her head the whole time. There is a fedex area, so I was just waiting there like I thought I was supposed to do. When I got to the counter Natoya and another associate refused to help me because my boxes were not taped and the label was not taped. So, I asked where the tape was and I would do it myself. The manager came out and graciously helped me. He did not make me purchase the tape, because there was tape behind the counter. She made rude remarks under her breath the entire time and not once offered up an apology or tried to help me.

This Walgreens in James Island is really convenient and cool drug store. They have a really good pharmacy that is very helpful, efficient, and quick for the amount of volume they serve. The store is always clean and the staff is always willing to help. Great Walgreens.
