I can't imagine taking our cats anywhere else, unless it's an emergency visit (and then we go to Ocean State). The whole staff at City Kitty "speaks cat." They are compassionate, professional, and helpful.

Top notch hospitality make me feel like family. Great care and very reasonable prices. Pet handling shows a real love for animals and their humans. I'm so glad I found them!

Ocean State Vet in East Greenwich recommended for ER trips. They are caring, professional and efficient for such a busy clinic. Highly recommend City Kitty for everything else. $65 for the initial visit, they offer estimates before charging you anything and are very fair about discussing all of what they suggest. X-rays are significantly less expensive than other high rated vets that I've researched, and most other vets charge a higher fee for visits alone. This is critical to consider when you're not sure if what is wrong with your cat and simply need consultation. Food, meds, treats and accessories are similarly priced as any other vet business that offers such things. It's important to remember that the responsibility of being a pet owner includes the financials, and it can easily get very expensive. What I haven't found anywhere else (Rhode Island) are places that will accept down payments with payment plans. I recommend City Kitty 100%
