On the way up the hill, look for the places people pull over. Some of the most picturesque scenes are the small nearby farms and towns. A long lens will help you get unique points of view. And the top is always cool but I prefer sunrise and sunset. The park has specific hours but if you compare them to the sunrise/sunset times you'll be able to find a time to be up there in the good light😎
