Its one minute for about 3 to 4 times. Trust me..one minute in the vessel is not easy and does have alittle strain on the back. My son absolutely love it and we keep going back. You have to learn over time and do different techniques each time. After this my husband was more confident jumping out of a plane and he keeps talking about doing parachuting again. It's really cool and fun.

Took my kids, now they are talking anout jumping out of a plane. Worth every penny
