Had to wait in line for an hour. They are under-staffed. You can never find someone to help you. They do some some great coupons!

Real nice store with a nice expansion to include a cooking section and cookwares area. Like their discount coupons and that they carry quality merchandise. They seem to have reduced their stock somewhat in the past year. Lots of friendly and helpful staff.

Poor customer service. Everyone working there is SUPER busy doing something. They are definitely not there to help the customers that are shopping there. Almost every single associate tries to avoid any kind of eye contact so they don’t have to help you with anything needless to say that the store is very scarce in all the items. If you walk up to an associate to ask for help they are incredibly rude and absolutely lazy and not interested in helping atall. Especially the associate in the bath department. Very disappointed. No wonder Amazon is doing so well.

My daughter wanted to shop there. Not bad at all. Nice selection in there. Much better than the ones i been to in NY.
