Take the kitten in, in a box or something else safe and secure, so she doesn't run away. Explain to them that you found her and that you want her to be ok but you can't take her in (if that is the case). Good luck and thanks for doing the right thing. They will find her a home. ♡

You may want to call first, i believe you can make an appointment to bring the kitten in, though that may only be for Lollypop farm. At least you can get the hours when it's best to bring the kitten in.
