Ask the Gardens' staff. I have never seen anyone fish, so i would say one cannot fish the ponds.

Not that I know of, but you can fish on the lake from a boat.
I would guess no, since it's a preserve. That said, there are lake rentals nearby that have fishing docks.
I do not believe that you can fish from the shore whole at the gardens. The best person to ask would be the staff at the gardens itself
