Yes they have blooms; I went just a couple of weeks ago. Its 15 dollars a person... Good hour and a half easy of self tour, with the Chipmonk Café at the end. Enjoy!
I would never miss an opportunity to go to the Gardens. There is always beauty to see. Think peacock's. Plus, the Master Gardener's of Hot Springs care for the entrances and volunteer in the main gardens. It is definitely worth a trip Enjoy!
