I Just brought my dog two days ago. Yes they can go as long as they are leashed and can not go in swimming area. But I followed a trail and took the dog in there. Lots of shady areas also.
Yes. They have chains around trees to hook your dog to as well.

Yes as long as they are on a leash and you pick up after them they are generally allowed.
