Actually, the airline agent can issue a gate pass that will get you past TSA. You probably need to give them a reason for the pass, however
No you will be stopped at TSA, you have to have a ticket to get beyond there.
No but if your parents need assistance. When you buy your tickets or call and make a special request like wheelchairs for them both. The airline for free will put them in the wheelchair and take them all the way to the plane.
