Mrs. Pat ; You should called customer service and let them know that your service of the to go isn't working at all. Because you should have the same at your cell phone. I have some app that give you tv and movies at your cell phone , but you are paying for a service that you don't have it. Call and get it or close your tv to go because is not working ok
