Seen both the bamboo and acrylic chopsticks. Far as price, it varies on the type and quantity. But the items are fairly priced for the market. If you are looking for wholesale or bulk pricing you could ask for a special order.
They do, I know they have the reusable ones I can't remember if they're plastic or metal but they come in packs of 4 or 6 pairs and decently priced. Maybe $5 for a pack.
