Some of the sites could accommodate a small trailer, but there are no hookups and no dump station.

I didn't see any trailers. Just a tent trailer. There are no hook ups at the sites that I saw.
Yes! But ima warn you. It's pretty steep to get down to the river. Unless you leave the campsite and make a left across the bridge, that will be a day use area. And the river will be really close by you.
