My niece had her wedding here recently, and we had a very mixed time with Hannon's Camp America. My husband and I rented a couple's cabin that was just right, I really enjoyed the grounds and proximity to Hueston Woods, and every time I dealt with the owners they were friendly. HOWEVER, they were having a festival that weekend on another part of the grounds and basically forgot about us. They also double-booked some things (which luckily all worked out), but that caused some major headaches. The lodge is NOT air-conditioned and the one fan provided left us sweltering as we tried to eat (this is one of the things they forgot; they told us they would bring additional fans and never did). On top of all this, the owner then argued with my niece about what was included though my niece had it all in writing. My niece had to send her pictures of the contract to ensure she wasn't overcharged. The owner is also claiming that either my husband and I or our friends didn't pay in full for our stay, which we did. We were guaranteed firewood, but due to the festival, they were out (on our second night there; the day of the wedding we didn't request any). Would I stay there again? Yes. Would I ever advise anyone to have an event here, especially during summer? No. I wish that the owners had realized that they were ill-prepared to handle the festival and event simultaneously, had tried to better organize themselves, and most of all, cared that one of the most important days in a couple's life was happening on their grounds.

The best place with some of the kindest people you will ever meet. The pizza shop is excellent. Camp grounds are clean and the there so many places to explore on property.

Beautiful Campgrounds with some nice cabins that sleep up to 8 people comfortably. Full kitchens also. Great pizza and breakfast on site. the staff are very helpful and friendly. I've stayed here two years in a row and always look forward to coming back
