Always enjoy camping here. Have been coming here many years. This last time we came all was good. Until a group of girls put up their tent almost on top of our camp site! Quiet time there starts at 10 pm I believe. They were hollering, arguing, till 4am! $36 a night to camp here. Really nice camp ground very friendly and proffesional staff! Wish they would roam around a bit more to kinda put a stop to that kind of stuff there. But still enjoyed our selfs as always here.

Electric sites are typically loud and many are on severe hills or very small. Non electric sites however are flat, spacious, and much more quiet. Hueston Woods has a lot to do for everyone- fishing, hiking, swimming, boating, Nature center. We love it here and the place tends to be cleaner and better taken care of than other Ohio state parks.

Our family went camping at the Hueston Woods. We had such an amazing time. The campground was clean, everybody was friendly and helpful. Other campers were happy and fun. There was a nice big checker board, nice playground, and restrooms were clean and stocked. The campsite hosts were kind, and worked hard. The beach was nice, lots of seagull poop in the grass tho. The dock/marina was nice to fish from. The nature center was small, yet neat to see the animals. This was a great experience and our family can't wait to go back again.

We reserved loop C electric camp site but there was hilly and muddy so moved to loop G. They set up as a camper parked on the grass. Kids enjoyed riding bikes on the hills. Wash house was okay. Good playground for kids. Nice creek near by. No signal or WiFi at the campground.

If you stay in the lodge or cabins you have access to the 2 pools at the lodge, if camping in one of the campgrounds or just spending the day, there is a beautiful lake, I prefer the lake. You can also rent canoes and kayaks for $5-10 an hour at the lake
You can call #ODNR from your cell phone to report issues.
I think $24

Yes in the electric campsites. Must have extension cord.
About $30 for electric only

Yes, located with the shower area
If you want a site with a power just Google and ask to speak with someone about reserven a campsite I?just high.me a fire and the have bathroom and showers and them site you just drive in and find you a site it's free If you want at home accommodations the lodge could transform you to a person that can tell you how much it cost but that's if you want water and lights it should be a low fee I go for the free camping
You are not supposed to move firewood. We were there a couple weeks ago and bought wood from a local house on rt.725, just west of Israel-Somers rd...MUCH cheaper than the gas stations! $10 for a huge bundle.
Hello we camped here few weeks ago and regretted not getting the pull thru/premium electric site. You get a blacktop pad for your camping unit on the electric/premium pull thru. The other electric sites you have to put your camping unit in the grass and your vehicle goes on the blacktop pad. We loved hiking, biking and beaching at Hueston Woods.
Iam not sure of that I always take avenge of the free camping
You can only stay two weeks in any state park in Ohio

I don't know exactly, I was in the non electrical side. I did trick or treat through there and I think it would. (513) 523-6347 is the number listed for them, they would be able to tell you more.

Yes
Some sites have water and there are fill area
The class A camp grounds have electric and are less then a mile from the lake. It can be walked or biked.
Yes you will need an extension cord. Some fire rings have a small grill section but I would recommend bringing your own
Better yet there are a few places where they have been taking cut trees too in the park, they have been letting people cut it and I've been finding all kinds at those places.
