From Highway 75 , take the Highway 34 exit, head east, Laplatte entrance is right there, drive through the town to the southside, and you will see the signs
As if Going to Bellevue , heading west on Hwy 34. Turn south toward Plattsmouth on Hwy 75 instead of North to Bellevue. When you see the Shell station before the Platt river bridge you will turn left (to the East). Some of this area is torn up. I am not sure if that is true today, it has been a couple of weeks since I went that direction. If you have Google Map directions on your phone use it. That is how is found it this summer.😁
