Had a great and entertaining experience buying a used vehicle at Beardmore Chevrolet. Our salesman contact was a fantastic guy by the name of Joey Johnson. He had to pull double duty that day , but still made us feel as if we were the only clients he was working with. Always made sure we were comfortable and kept us in the loop, even provided us with the beverage of our choice from Scooter's. All in all, time well spent; and we got a great deal on the vehicle we went to check out. Thanks Joey.

Bought a Traverse from Beardmore, even purchased the extended warranty which I was told would cover a tire repair or replacement. That was a lie! Was also told that I would be able to use a loaner vehicle while my vehicle was in for service. I have had to fight for one every time I have been in and now I'm being told that they don't even offer loaner vehicles anymore. I do NOT recommend dealing with Beardmore unless you want to be screwed over!

Sales team has been wonderful…however when we initailly purchased our vehicle we were told by Alyssa in Finace that EVERYTHING would be covered under warranty (plus we purchased the extended warranty)…including replacing rotors and the rusted drums…i was instructed to take my vehicle to ANY certified mechanic and it would be fixed. took time off work to get the brakes fixed and the coverage was denied. it took 2 months and many many unanswered emails, and phone calls to finally get an appointment scheduled. I take another day off work and I bring the car in and was told it would be roughly 3 hours from drop off to completion. After 2 and half hours of waiting in the guest lounge i was told by the service technician that finance just brought over the paper work that approves the brakes to be fixed! So here we are waiting for another 3 hours!
