The ceremony/burial process along with purchasing a plot with headstone was smooth as butter. However, after the burial was completed we got completely ignored. The headstone and plot was paid in advance. It’s been 3-4 months and it has been impossible to get ahold of our salesperson to complete my mothers headstone. I’d highly recommend you purchase your headstone elsewhere because once they get paid, they forgot about the service we’re owed. We sent multiple emails and left numerous voicemails but could never get ahold of our salesperson. It got to the point where we had to ask the funeral director from the memorial chapel to help contact our salesperson. He managed to get us a appointment. We went in as scheduled and finally created the proof of the headstone. After the first proof came in, we requested a few items to be changed and once again they ghosted us. It’s been two weeks and there’s been no response. The email had both the salesperson and the assistant cc’d in the email so this is inexcusable.

Susan Thi Le is good at what she does. Susan Thi Le is filled with knowledge with our cultural arrangements and she will be able to guide the younger generation of our spiritual rituals of what needs to be done. This is an updated review. I brought my aunt here to plan for her future, it was then I realized how consistent & hard Susan works. She’s good about follow ups and goes out of her way to help. I appreciate you Susan.
