When you are buying a vehicle, this place is wonderful. When you are having your vehicle serviced, this place is a nightmare. At a scheduled oil change I asked if they could fix a nail in a tire. The said they could do it, and for an up sell would rotate the tires. After waiting for two hours, they rotated the tires but did not fix the nail. How can you trust a dealership repair shop if this is their attention to detail?

Alex has been very helpful from the start. I came in knowing what I wanted and he was honest and quick to help me find what I was looking for. I didn’t have an appointment and was worried about impeding on time but I wasn’t rushed to a decision or made to feel that way at all. I enjoyed my experience here much more than the other dealership I was at this morning.

I am very impressed with the amazing experience at Honda Cars of Bellevue in purchasing my new Insight. This is not your typical car dealership and pushy sales tactics. Josh was a great sales rep. Prompt and thorough. Very kind and knowledgeable. However, it’s a bad time to buy any car but happy with our purchase overall. Just wish the market was better so we had any room to negotiate some of the options on the vehicle. When we asked if things could be removed we were told no by management because someone else would buy the car the way it was. As long as you go in knowing the price you see is non-negotiable you’ll be fine. This is the situation at all dealerships right now.

Get there when they open. I usually do this on Saturdays - sometimes they'll be there a little earlier than the stated opening time, and let you in. I usually just wait in the waiting area. They're pretty fast.
