Get there when they open. I usually do this on Saturdays - sometimes they'll be there a little earlier than the stated opening time, and let you in. I usually just wait in the waiting area. They're pretty fast.

No appointment needed Monday-Friday(although its always best to make one,cause theres a wait sometimes) Appointments only on Saturday.
